Who runs it

Hi! My name is Amihai. I started building websites over a decade ago and have since expanded into automation systems for local municipalities, community centre management software, AI-powered phone systems, and workflow automation. As the software field keeps changing, I change with it, and I stay current on new tools and approaches rather than reselling the same stack for years.

I deliberately take on a small number of clients at a time so each project gets the meticulous attention it needs. That means fewer projects, longer relationships, and no account managers between you and the person writing the code.

What AmihaiTech builds

• Voice agents — AI receptionists and booking agents that answer calls, take reservations, and handle FAQs in Hebrew or English. Built on VAPI and ElevenLabs.
• Automations — n8n workflows that connect existing tools and remove manual work: invoicing, lead routing, data entry, reminders. Self-hosted on infrastructure the client owns.
• Custom tools — small, focused web apps for one specific operational problem: internal dashboards, client portals, billing systems.

How the work runs

• We talk. A 30-minute call to understand the problem. No pitch deck.
• I scope it. A fixed-price proposal with clear deliverables and a timeline.
• I build and ship. You get something working, not a slide presentation.

Where and in what language

AmihaiTech is based in Israel and works with clients globally. Everything — proposals, interfaces, voice agents, and support — is available in both English and Hebrew, and the site itself is published in both.

Proof of work

Shipped projects include Kahal (community centre management SaaS, live in beta at mykahal.com), a tenant electricity billing automation, a payroll distribution automation, and e-commerce and WordPress builds for Bladetricks, Desert Rider, and Mariner’s Loft. Each one is written up as a case study.
